Job Title: Senior Legal Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Legal Manager to lead our legal department. As a key member, you will be responsible for drafting contracts, handling trade mark infringement cases, consumer complaints, and litigation proceedings.

The ideal candidate should have a law degree from a recognized college, at least 10-15 years of post-qualification experience in a medium or large organization or law firm, and be willing to travel across South India.

  • Drafting Contracts: You will be responsible for creating comprehensive contracts, including business agreements and lease deeds. Your expertise will ensure that these documents are accurate and compliant with relevant laws.
  • Trade Mark Infringement: You will handle matters related to trade mark protection and defending against infringement cases. Your knowledge of intellectual property rights (IPR) will help protect our brand and reputation.
  • Consumer Cases: You will be responsible for responding to consumer complaints and defending them before judicial and quasi-judicial forums. Your skills in negotiation and mediation will be valuable assets in resolving these cases.
  • Litigation Proceedings: You will handle court procedures involving company-related matters. Your expertise in corporate law will guide the legal department in navigating complex legal issues.
