Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Director to lead our organization's operations functions effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process improvements, performing operational due diligence, and developing the operations strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and lead all operations functions effectively with process improvements.
  • Perform operational due diligence for new prospective clients.
  • Develop the operations strategy for the organization.
  • Manage onshore centers for patient collections and insurance billing.
  • C coordinate with other departments for smooth functioning of processes.
  • Have experience in project transition and handle entire functions of healthcare RCM process, AR & Denial Management.
  • Exposure on client relationship management.
  • Experience in expanding operations and working on prospect clients, RFPs, SOPs, and DOUs.
  • Analyze trends affecting coding, charges, accounts receivable, and collection, and assign manageable tasks to the billing team.
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures to provide right answers to inquiries from customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively relate with public, patients, organizations, and other employees.
  • Staff development including training, coaching, and competence assessment.
  • Motivate and lead high-performance management teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in operations leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing circumstances.
