Virtual Event Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Event Specialist to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of webinars. This role involves developing comprehensive webinar plans that align with marketing and sales objectives, identifying target audiences, and creating engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive webinar plan that aligns with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and create relevant, engaging webinar topics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to secure subject matter experts and ensure high-quality content.
  • Oversee the webinar lifecycle, including scheduling, promotion, registration, live delivery, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Manage the technical aspects of webinars, including platform setup, audiovisual coordination, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct rehearsals with presenters to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze webinar performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in webinar management, virtual events, or digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms (ON24) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in US time zone.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing webinar performance metrics.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for delivering engaging virtual experiences.
