About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Project Management Coordinator to join our team at Mobolutions. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our SAP projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the compilation of project management reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide cover for Lead consultant (Project Manager) as appropriate, including liaison with internal consultants, technical consultants, training team, and managed services.
  • Maintain JIRA and JIRA boards for all projects, utilizing your skills in MS Excel to analyze data and inform decision-making.
  • Support Scrum Master activities, working closely with project managers to provide project management support and facilitate communication across teams.
  • Create detailed PowerPoint and Visio documentation to visualize complex project issues and document project or process flows.
  • Arrange project meetings, ensuring successful meeting facilitation, including attendee availability confirmation, room assignments, and catering.
  • Manage monthly financial reporting for the HR project portfolio, providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
  • Provide Project Central support for the Project Manager, including new project setup, security role changes, and documentation management.
  • Coordinate project resource changes, including space, equipment, and update of project documentation, such as team lists and organization charts.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP project coordination, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft tools, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and JIRA.
  • Knowledge of project methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Able to manage team members and team leads, setting up meetings and facilitating communication.
  • Familiarity with onshore and offshore models, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
