This is why we're offering a fixed-salary position with co-founder-level responsibilities in our Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) program.

You'll work closely with our Founder, participating in key meetings, structuring discussions, managing follow-ups, and ensuring execution across various teams.

This role demands high-context switching between product development, growth strategies, partnerships, operations, and investor relations. You'll travel with or without our Founder when necessary and handle fast-paced schedules.

Your primary objective will be to drive key programs that directly impact growth and scale. This position offers a front-row seat to how a category-defining company is built, a chance to apply your startup lessons without financial pressure, and a high-intensity apprenticeship in leadership, execution, and strategy.
