Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to perform various accounting tasks, ensuring timely completion of monthly closing and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Billing and tracking of amounts due dates purchases utility bills.
  • Reviewing customer and vendor ledgers for accuracy and completeness.
  • Finalizing the company's books of accounts during monthly closing.
  • Coordinating with auditors for requirements and timely returns.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Payroll-Related:
    • Ensuring employee submission of income tax declarations and proof of investments.
    • Verifying employee investment proofs (payroll-related).
  • Statutory Compliances:
    • Verifying TDS calculations.
    • Ensuring timely TDS payments.
Ideal Candidate Background:
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar role with a reputable organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or related field.
  • Excellent English-speaking and writing skills.
  • Proficient in Zoho-Books Tally and MS Excel/Google Sheets.

This is a challenging role requiring strong analytical and communication skills along with the ability to work under pressure.

Working Environment:

This is a full-time position based in Mumbai working under the supervision of a senior manager.
