Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts for web domain projects. The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing test strategies, and ensuring the overall quality of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and processes for complex web applications.
  • Lead and manage the QA team, including mentoring and providing guidance on quality standards and best practices.
  • Manage testing for high-traffic web applications serving client sites.
  • Design and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Oversee API and performance testing, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and deliverables, and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in software quality assurance.
  • Manage the QA team's workload and provide support in resolving issues, and implement process improvements.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools and technologies to optimize testing efficiency.
  • Manage complex quality assurance and test environment challenges and issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in software QA testing role, with a strong background in manual and automated testing.
  • Excellent analytical and logical skills to think through new applications and strategize testing.
  • Relevant work experience in manual testing of Web applications, with a focus on functional and non-functional testing.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of automated testing using Selenium or alternative automation tools.
  • Good understanding of Web and Mobile based projects, including API and performance testing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience with Linux environment and version control systems.
