Senior Quality Assurance and Control Professional

We are seeking a seasoned senior quality assurance and control professional to lead our quality management functions across projects.

The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in quality assurance and control in industrial construction projects, with a strong background in international standards codes, quality procedures, materials, and construction methods.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project-specific quality plans in line with client and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance and quality deliverables.
  • Train and mentor project quality teams and site staff.
  • Interface with clients, consultants, and third-party agencies for quality matters.
  • Monitor and drive continual improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Excellent leadership, documentation, and communication skills.

Please note that candidates must have experience in industrial projects. Experience with a contracting firm is highly preferred.
