Senior Quality Assurance Manager

As a seasoned Quality Assurance leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality strategy for our cutting-edge digital products. With a strong background in web application and API testing, you will oversee manual and automated testing efforts to ensure exceptional product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy for features, releases, and systems across multiple teams.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and DevOps to align on quality goals and objectives.
  • Mentor and guide a team of QA engineers through technical coaching and process improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate quality risks, driving systemic improvements and root cause analysis of production issues.
  • Promote a customer-centric quality mindset across engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional experience with recent 2-3+ years as a Lead.
  • Strong experience in web application and API testing, with a solid foundation in automation using Python/Java.
  • Experience working in agile teams with fast release cycles and distributed teams across time zones.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of driving results-oriented solutions.
