Job Overview

As a Principal Officer, you will be responsible for leading compliance efforts and managing daily operations.

This role involves coordinating with regulatory teams to ensure timely reporting and maintaining partnerships with incubators, accelerators, and other organizations.

  • Lead compliance for all provisions of the SEBI Act, AIF Regulations, FEMA/IFSC regulations, and circulars.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Gift City and its compliances.
  • Coordinate with legal, accounting, and compliance teams for regulatory reporting and compliance.
  • Manage investor queries on regular basis related to compliance.
  • Flag issues proactively and foresee outcomes considering operational risk framework.
  • Create efficient controls for reconciliations, risk management, and review MIS and daily operations.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with incubators, accelerators, Angel Networks, Micro VC, and support startup ecosystem.
  • Represent senior management and drive organizational culture and values among employee base.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 5 years in related activities in securities market or financial products including portfolio manager, broker dealer, investment advisor, wealth manager, research analyst, or fund management.
  • Knowledge of Finance/Accounting preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint.
