Job Title: Digital Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and optimise our social media advertising efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and executing campaigns that drive business growth and improve brand awareness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent spreadsheet skills, and the ability to create compelling ad copy that converts. You will work closely with designers and video editors to develop innovative ad creatives and drive results.

To succeed in this role, you must be highly organised, able to adapt quickly, and possess a strong understanding of key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS. At least 1-2 years' experience running Facebook Ads is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise ad spend on Facebook and Instagram">
  • Build and scale full-funnel campaigns using real strategy">
  • Analyse CPL, CTR, ROAS, CAC, and spot trends fast using spreadsheets and dashboards">
  • Test ad creatives and lead the development of ideas and structure">
  • Write compelling hooks, headlines, and ad copy that actually converts">
  • Produce clear daily reports and be accountable for numbers">
