Expert Quality Assurance Engineers are sought after to bring new features to life by supporting product moves to modern agile and technical practices. This includes bringing new ideas into our team, creating a positive impact on how we work and innovate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing testing aspects to ensure software quality is at the highest level.
  • Working with the Product Owner and development team on acceptance criteria and test scenarios to guarantee that every feature meets our high standards.
  • Designing, executing, and maintaining test scenarios and automation capabilities for all test levels and types to keep up with the ever-changing technology landscape.
  • Creating and optimizing test frameworks, integrating them into deployment pipelines to streamline our workflow and efficiency.
  • Participating in code reviews to ensure critical cases are covered and our software is error-free.
  • Monitoring test runs, application errors, and performance to continuously improve our products and services.
  • Maintaining information flow, keeping the team informed and being a stakeholder in releases and defect tracking to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of software testing theory to create effective testing strategies.
  • Developing test automation frameworks from scratch and maintaining existing frameworks to stay ahead of the competition.
  • 6+ years of experience in software testing, manual and automated, with a focus on innovative solutions.
  • Strong experience in different testing practices (unit to load to endurance to cross-platform) integrated within CI/CD to meet our clients' diverse needs.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools (e.g. Jenkins, TeamCity) to manage complex projects efficiently.
  • Knowledge with Bitbucket, K8s, Docker to handle large-scale deployments and scalability.
  • UI testing, REST protocol, and microservice architecture knowledge to support the latest technologies.
  • Mobile QA Engineering requirements: Espresso, XCUITest for mobile app testing.
  • Testrail for efficient test management.
  • Bitrise, Jenkins for streamlined CI/CD processes.
  • Charles Proxy for debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Postman and API testing (e.g., Rest Assured) for seamless integration.
  • BrowserStack for comprehensive browser compatibility testing.
  • Java/Kotlin, Swift usage under CI/CD pipeline for flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, engaged in Scrum, with strong communication skills.
  • Autonomous, self-responsible, and self-organised work capability to deliver results independently.
  • Effective communication in English as the primary language of our team.
