  • Job Summary:

 

As an experienced Automation Tester, you will play a key role in the development of automation frameworks and scripts that enable seamless testing and deployment of software applications.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated test cases using JavaScript and other relevant technologies to ensure high-quality and reliable software releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements, develop test plans, and execute tests on multiple platforms and environments.
  • Develop and maintain complex automation frameworks and scripts that enable efficient and effective testing of software applications.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members on automation testing methodologies and tools.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-11 years of experience in automation testing with a strong background in JavaScript or TypeScript programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience in working with popular automation frameworks such as Playwright, Protractor, Jest, Puppeteer, Cypress, Jasmine, or Mocha.
  • Strong knowledge of API and UI automation testing principles, including design patterns and defect management techniques.
  • Experience in integrating automated test suites with Continuous Integration (CI) tools like Jenkins or Bamboo.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and strong communication skills.
