Key Accounts Manager Position Summary

This role is focused on managing end-to-end institutional business sales operations, leading trade and marketing initiatives for the maida category, handling PAN India GT market operations, and developing strategies for export markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships">
  • Develop and manage vendors supporting maida operations">
  • Engage regularly with customers to provide updates on maida market trends, raw material, and global challenges">
  • Manage Annual/Quarterly/Monthly contracts and RFQ processes with key customers">
  • Handle contract execution and fulfillment through CMUs">
  • Oversee annual contracts with key CMUs">
  • Manage raw material buying aligned with strategic customer requirements">
  • Ensure timely payment recovery from customers">
  • Handle vendor payments and address associates' pain points">
  • Supervise stock management, packaging material procurement, and by-product realization">
  • Circulate daily P&L reports to management and present weekly reviews">
  • Coordinate NPD operations and execution in collaboration with the Quality and R&D team">
