UI/UX Designer

At Altoura, we're pioneering immersive experiences in training, collaborative design, and sales using augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR). Our no-code platform empowers hybrid workers to collaborate, train, visualize, and learn from any location.

As a UI/UX Designer, you'll focus on user-centric design, mapping workflows, and creating intuitive experiences. You'll also craft visually polished UI and production-ready assets while staying agile in fast-moving startup environments.

  • Conduct user research to understand end-user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  • Translate requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes prioritizing usability and clarity.
  • Use Figma for design workflows and leverage AI tools to accelerate UI generation.
  • Create production-ready UI designs, including supporting graphics and illustrations when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers for smooth handoffs and implementation.
  • Contribute to and maintain our design system for consistency across devices and platforms.
  • Apply accessibility and usability best practices in all design outputs.
  • Present designs clearly and thoughtfully to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 4–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong emphasis on UX.
  • A portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and UX thinking behind designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience using AI-powered design workflows to accelerate UI generation.
  • Strong communication skills explaining design rationale and decisions.
