Role Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Strategist who will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales and business development, preferably in the AI, ML, or Data Science domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Lead Generation: Employ effective lead generation techniques to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and execute compelling sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand our market reach.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver impactful presentations and proposals to articulate our value proposition and address client concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in IT sales and business development, preferably in the AI, ML, or Data Science domain.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation software.
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
