We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the Product Lifecycle Management module.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle Cloud PLM solutions and a strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles.

Key responsibilities include providing L1 support for Oracle Cloud PLM-Product Development (PD) / Product Data Hub (PDH), performing API integration testing, configuring Oracle PDH application components, and delivering post-production support/hypercare service.

The successful candidate will also have expertise in creating custom reports using Oracle tools, performing root cause analysis on recurring issues, executing Agile data migration processes, conducting quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing, and analyzing and prioritizing support requests involving Oracle Fusion product life cycle configurations and customizations issues.

Requirements include 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud PLM solutions, proficiency in Oracle PDH application configurations, knowledge of API integration and testing methodologies (patch testing), experience with custom reports development using oracle tools, background in Agile data migration techniques, ability to validate and test system configuration and patches, and excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

In addition, strong communication abilities with both technical and business stakeholders are required.
