Key Role: Service/Product Offer Management Specialist

This critical position involves managing the lifecycle of products or services, utilizing expertise in market segments and product portfolio categories.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams comprising Engineers, Consultants, Technical Architects, and Solution Architects to guarantee client requirements are met.
  • Develop and conduct product training sessions for client-facing staff to enhance their knowledge and capabilities.
  • Influence Sales teams to close deals involving products and services by providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Promote project success by offering assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze product data to identify trends and gain valuable insights.
  • Evaluate pricing appropriateness based on projected value, competitor offerings, and market trends.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product management with a focus on market analysis and customer engagement.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.
