Blending and Movement Engineer

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and maintenance of our Blending and Movement software.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software engineering, particularly in the oil and gas industry. A solid understanding of business principles and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

This position plays a critical role in enhancing our business systems to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Blending and Movement projects end-to-end from functional design to implementation, ensuring all dependencies and constraints are managed effectively.
  • Create detailed design documents, test procedures, and training manuals to support project delivery.
  • Lead customer meetings, including kick-off meetings, design workshops, training sessions, and testing activities.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Track and manage progress against schedules, reporting regularly to stakeholders.
  • Manage customer expectations, ensuring timely delivery within budget and timelines.
  • Plan engineering activities, ensuring progress aligns with project plans.
  • Address customer issues promptly, escalating to internal stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemical or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Implementation experience with Blending and Movement software is highly desirable.
