Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead large-scale and complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.

Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior business leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define clear project goals, requirements, and deliverables.

Leadership & Team Management: Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional project teams, ensuring the team remains motivated, focused, and efficient throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Budget & Resource Optimization: Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring resource allocation is efficient and costs are controlled.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of project deliverables by enforcing rigorous quality standards and processes.

Required Skills:

* 8-11 years of proven experience in managing large, complex projects in delivery and project management roles.

* Expertise in SAP and project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.

* Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar tools.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
