This is a specialized role that focuses on providing tailored financial solutions to high net worth clients and managing their relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for 6-8 key areas of focus, including HNI/TPP targets, banking objectives, individual PBG targets across TPP, customer level profitability goals, AUM growth objectives, client sign-on objectives, and complex client relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of investment products, such as CA, Trade & Forex, CMS, and Asset Products, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Essential Skills Include:
  • Degree in Marketing or Finance.
  • Certifications such as AMFI, NCFM, CAIIB, IRDA, Sales and Influencing Skills, Banking Product & Process Knowledge, Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills, Planning and Organizing Skills, Communication, and Market Awareness.
  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in wealth management, insurance, or retail relationship management is required.

The selected professional will work closely with customers, branch banking teams, operations, product teams, treasury, HLIC, insurance CAM, MF Fund houses personnel, and HSL personnel to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.
