The role of a User Experience (UX) Designer focuses on creating innovative and intuitive interfaces that meet the needs of users.   • Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs using various tools like Figma.\
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.\
  • Work closely with product teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into the product roadmap.\
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions.\
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the field.\
  • Participate in workshops and meetings to facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment among teams.\
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices.\
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing designs to optimize user experience.\
  • Communicate design ideas and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\
  • Contribute to the development of design systems and guidelines that promote consistency across the organization.\
  • Stay informed about competitor products and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.\
  • Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality in your work.\
  • Develop task flows, wireframes, and prototypes based on user needs.\
  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the design team.\
  • Collaborate with other designers to share knowledge, resources, and best practices.\
  • Evaluate success metrics and make data-driven design decisions.\
  • Own the end-to-end design process from conceptualization to delivery.\
  • Maintain a strong understanding of human-centered design principles and apply them to drive meaningful user experiences.\
  • Solve complex UX problems through creative and analytical thinking.\
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the field of UX design.\
  • Identify opportunities to optimise existing user interfaces.\
  • Develop accessible designs to comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.\
  • Follow relevant design governance processes.\
  • Assemble and facilitate virtual teams through the design lifecycle.\
  • Manage design activities, deliverables, timelines, and deadlines.\
  • Produce designs of varying fidelity appropriate to delivery stage.\
  • Facilitate workshop sessions and presentations to stakeholders.\
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate product vision.\
  • Translate concepts into service blueprints, customer and user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.\
  • Work collaboratively with Product and clients to understand business objectives and articulate product vision through effective and efficient experience design.\
  • Keep updated on products and trends.\
