Leader in Training Operations

This role is a key position for leading comprehensive training programs for the entire HCC team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in HCC coding systems and advanced experience in leading, mentoring, and managing teams to drive high performance and achieve training objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Training Program Planning & Execution: Design, plan, and execute comprehensive training programs that align with long-term business objectives.
  • Developing Forward-Thinking Initiatives: Develop training initiatives that are forward-thinking and in line with industry trends, keeping training content updated with the latest HCC/ICD coding standards.
  • Overseeing Training Methodologies: Oversee and refine training methodologies to enhance learning efficiency and outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in training operations, process coaching, or quality management, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • HCC Knowledge: Extensive expertise in HCC coding systems.
  • Leadership & Training Expertise: Advanced experience in leading, mentoring, and managing a team of trainers, process coaches, and managers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Senior Management Experience: Proven experience in a senior management role overseeing a team of managers, trainers, or quality leaders.

  • Strategic Leadership: Ability to align training initiatives with company strategy and execute high-level goals through actionable plans.
  • High-Level Mentorship: Expertise in coaching and developing senior team members to enhance leadership capabilities within the training function.
  • Change Management: Proven experience managing change and driving transformation within training programs, processes, and teams.
  • Innovation & Adaptability: Ability to quickly adopt and implement cutting-edge training solutions while remaining adaptable to business needs and external trends.
