Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules, analyzing equipment performance data, and leading root cause analysis investigations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned downtime and increase system reliability.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance data using tools such as vibration analysis and thermography.
  • Lead root cause analysis investigations to identify underlying issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems to restore equipment to optimal working conditions quickly.
  • Implement reliability improvements to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce lifecycle costs.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and HSE teams to identify potential improvements and support efficient equipment operation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing maintenance procedures and improving overall terminal and CFS performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in reliability engineering, including preventive maintenance planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of lean principles and methodologies, with experience in driving cultural change and embedding lean practices into leadership frameworks.
  • Ability to develop and execute a multi-year strategic roadmap to mature lean initiatives and ensure sustainable improvements.
