Job Title: Salesforce Architect Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead our team in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise, strong architectural vision, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional global teams.

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices and adherence to enterprise standards.
  • Define and oversee technical standards, patterns, and guidelines for Salesforce development.
  • Drive end-to-end Salesforce CPQ and CLM implementations, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Provide expert guidance on Salesforce data model, integration architecture, and application security.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, CRM, and third-party apps) using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
  • Collaborate across time zones with global stakeholders and development teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years as a Salesforce Architect.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Proficiency in RDBMS concepts, data modeling, and performance optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of integration architecture, middleware, and APIs.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work with global teams across different time zones.

Good to Have:

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to DevOps tools for Salesforce (CI/CD, Git, Copado, etc.).

Engagement Details:

Contract Duration: 6+ Months (Extendable)

Location: Pune (onsite presence may be required based on project needs)
