Lead Salesforce Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to oversee the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across our organization. As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, leading a team of developers in delivering high-quality Salesforce implementations, and collaborating closely with stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and leverage Salesforce best practices.
  • - Create technical architecture and solution design documents outlining system architecture, integration strategies, data models, and security models.
  • - Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • - Mentor and coach Salesforce developers on technical design, coding, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • - Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is highly preferred.
  • - Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or similar role, with a strong track record of successful Salesforce implementations.
  • - Expertise in Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • - Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL tools) and data migration strategies.
  • - Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, governance, and best practices.
  • - Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
