Job Title: Organizational Performance ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Performance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing organizational structures, designing and implementing global projects, and developing automation programs.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement global projects, ensuring smooth transitions and effective OM activities.
  • Develop and implement automation programs to improve user experience and reduce capacity issues.
  • Identify and initiate process improvements through Change Requests, Local Hierarchy Tickets, and SMT Tickets.
  • Maintain organizational structures, position, person, and communication master data.
  • Provide second-level support on technical issues related to COMPAS, HR core, rules, policies, processes, and data creation/maintenance.
  • Manage organizational master data in the COMPAS system.
  • Update SAP (HR Core) with new org units, classification, cost centers, personnel areas/sub-areas, locations, account assignments, info org units, position maintenance, role updates, target/disciplinary manager mapping, managerial assignments, direct/indirect flag updates, and ensure reliable data for connected consumer systems.
  • Collaborate with the Org Changes Stakeholders Team to provide monthly inputs on organizational management and chief updates.
  • Ensure SLA adherence by closing SSF tickets timely and interacting with stakeholders via Teams or email.
  • Generate need-based MIS & reports from SAP & COMPAS.
  • Partner effectively with internal and external customers to deliver high-level customer service.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate in any discipline;
  • Post Graduate/MBA in HR (optional); MSW;
  • Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in SAP/SuccessFactors;
  • Required Skills: Experience in EC/SAP.
