**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Gas Turbine Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design and development team, you will be responsible for designing gas turbine rotating and stationary components, such as blades, vanes, rotors, casings, and combustions.

Your primary focus will be on meeting full spectrum design requirements, ensuring functionality, robustness, cost-effectiveness, manufacturing requirements, assembly requirements, and service requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design gas turbine rotating and stationary components, including blades, vanes, rotors, casings, and combustions.
  • Meet full spectrum design requirements, ensuring functionality, robustness, cost-effectiveness, manufacturing requirements, assembly requirements, and service requirements.
  • Develop innovative design solutions, applying appropriate methods like FMEA.
  • Create, evaluate, review, and apply specifications and other technical documents, such as design philosophy, purchasing specification, working specification, drawings, BOM, MM, check lists, manufacturing data, standard part calculations, and component description.
  • Prepare, review, and modify 2D and 3D CAD models of individual assemblies, NX models of gas turbine stationary and rotating components.
  • Transfer product definition input and output between CAD modeler and project lead seamlessly.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**Education:
  • Mechanical engineer graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized college or university.
Experience:
  • 3-6 years of experience in design and product development of turbo machinery, specifically gas turbines and steam turbines.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in design tools, CAD software (Pro-E, NX).
  • Strong understanding of standard manufacturing processes, standard fit, tolerances.
  • Ability to create, review, and modify manufacturing assembly fabrication drawings of gas turbine components.
  • Good understanding of bill of material, material master, material specification.
  • Exposure to SAP and Teamcenter.
