Web Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Web Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, coding, and maintaining responsive, user-friendly websites that are optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain websites from the ground up, ensuring fast loading times and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Write clean, well-documented code using languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and modern frameworks.
  • Integrate third-party tools and plugins to enhance website functionality.
  • Implement content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS solutions.

Collaboration with Designers & Marketing Teams:

  • Work closely with designers to translate wireframes and visual designs into fully functional websites.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize website designs for SEO, conversions, and user engagement.

Website Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

  • Perform regular website maintenance, ensuring timely updates and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Debug and resolve issues related to website functionality, performance, and compatibility.

Performance Optimization:

  • Focus on website performance optimization, ensuring quick load times and optimal search engine rankings.
  • Implement best practices for website performance, such as minimizing HTTP requests and script handling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in web development with a strong portfolio of websites.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and modern frameworks.
  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or custom solutions.
  • Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
