Job Title: Finance Cluster Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Cluster Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with commercial teams to drive franchise business growth, supporting contract execution and timely updates, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and billing.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in commercial finance, business operations, or franchise management, with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as well as detail-oriented process adherence and strong business partnering and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with commercial teams to drive franchise business growth, liaise with franchise business partners to ensure timely closure of commercial arrangements.
  2. Support contract execution, timely updates, and renewals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and billing, follow up with partners for payment collection and monitor overdue payments.
  4. Cross-verify royalty calculations and other commercial terms in line with contracts, support in validating partner-reported data and highlight any discrepancies.
  5. Act as a query response mechanism for the DBSI team, providing business context leading to timely resolution of queries.
  6. Prepare finance committee and/or executive committee documents (e.g., Franchise BPM), fulfilling various ad-hoc reporting requirements.
  7. Work closely with internal finance, legal, and sales teams to ensure smooth operational execution, maintaining accurate documentation and audit-ready records for all commercial and contract-related activities.
  8. External and Internal Audit Liaison.
Requirements:
  • CA/CA Inter/CMA 2-3 years of experience in commercial finance, business operations, or franchise management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong process adherence.
  • Strong in business partnering and collaboration.
  • Exposure to ERP systems like SAP.
