- Manage budgetary resources effectively to maximize impact across all centers.
- Monitor and optimize resource allocation, including staffing, supplies, and equipment.
- Prepare regular reports on program outcomes, financial performance, and other key metrics.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of program activities and impact.
