Job Title: Product Manager - Woven Garments

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the end-to-end merchandising process in woven garments. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with buyers, suppliers, and the production team to deliver products that meet buyer specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Design team to develop seasonal collections based on customer requirements.
  • Develop samples, negotiate prices, and confirm orders with buyers.
  • Process material orders on time while improving budget and costs.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail, work independently, and adapt to changing environments.
  • Manage small and high-value business operations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge of woven garment manufacturing processes for various categories like shirts, jackets, and bottoms.
  • Exercise leadership and management skills.
  • Achieve results-driven outcomes through ownership and commitment to job responsibilities.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Apparel Merchandising, or Fashion Technology.
  • 1-8 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a woven garment factory, preferably with buyer-handling experience.
  • Strong understanding of woven fabrics, garment construction, costing, and production processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/MIS systems.
  • Able to multitask, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
