As a highly skilled professional, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our organization. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, as well as maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals
  • Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, including preparation and submission of tax returns
  • Performing month-end close processes, including reconciliations and account analysis
  • Supporting senior management in decision-making processes by providing financial insights and recommendations

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.

A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in financial reporting is required, preferably in an IGAAP or Ind AS environment. Knowledge of GST and TDS is essential. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel is also required.
