About This Role:

We're looking for a high-performing professional to join our New Strategic Initiatives team as a Senior Associate. As part of this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, assessing, and executing strategic initiatives that align with the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of emerging trends and growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate potential partnerships and alliances to expand the company's reach and capabilities.
  • Develop business cases, financial models, and execution plans for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive cross-functional projects, including product development and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and track key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in strategy consulting, SAAS startup, or operations-related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage timelines.
