Job Role: Lead Data Scientist

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead innovation in Classical Machine Learning, Conversational AI, and Deep Learning Systems.

Main responsibilities include defining the AI/ML strategy with alignment with business objectives, leading research and development of cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning models, establishing best practices for data pipelines and feature engineering, evaluating emerging AI/ML technologies, architecting and implementing Generative AI solutions, optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) for various business applications, and overseeing end-to-end model lifecycle from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, strong communication skills to effectively convey complex AI concepts to business stakeholders, proactive ownership of projects, ability to manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and AI-driven applications
  • Proficiency in Classical ML and Deep Learning
  • LLM & NLP expertise
  • Programming skills in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and MLOps tools
  • Big data & cloud experience
  • Strong understanding of APIs, CI/CD pipelines for ML models, containerization, and model monitoring
