Job Role Overview

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for implementing and managing software solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client goals, milestones, and initiatives from start to finish.
  • Implement software solutions in customer environments, ensuring compatibility and effectiveness.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot software applications, resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Develop custom reports using data from software applications and integrate with other data repositories.
  • Integrate software solutions with other applications and processes within customer environments, leveraging APIs and automation development.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing technical and product inquiries.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences, adhering to established standards.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles to facilitate issue resolution and improve future interactions.
  • Elevate complex customer issues to relevant teams while maintaining customer communication.
  • Advocate for customers, providing feedback to internal teams on business processes, technical issues, and enhancements.
  • Perform additional duties as required, including script writing, bug reporting, and personal activity tracking.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a professional services role in an organization supporting client/server software environments.
  • Excellent project management skills and thorough understanding of professional services requirements.
  • Familiarity with storage hardware and software, including NAS and Object systems.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience creating complex Kibana and/or Tableau and/or PowerBI reports and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of network setup, routing, and mixed LAN/WAN operating system environments.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional under pressure.
  • Capacity to influence and drive change across the organization.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, with a minimum CEFR (or equivalent) Level B1 English proficiency.
