IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to oversee the management of our IT systems, ensure security and stability, and provide support for enterprise operations.

The ideal candidate will possess 5-8 years of hands-on experience in managing servers, networks, and IT infrastructure. They will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows/Linux systems, handling user management, access control, and IT support, monitoring system performance, and ensuring uptime and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor servers, networks, and IT infrastructure
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux systems
  • Handle user management, access control, and IT support
  • Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability
  • Apply security patches, antivirus, and backup solutions
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Work closely with teams to ensure business continuity

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5-8 years of experience as a System / IT Administrator
  • Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux environments
  • Hands-on with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, VPN
  • Proficiency in backup & recovery tools, system monitoring
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
