Project Management Expert

Are you a motivated and organized individual with excellent project management skills? We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role where you will oversee the day-to-day software delivery operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful completion of software projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance team and Development Team to ensure the usability, reliability, and quality standards of products.
  • Participate in RND meetings with clients and understand business requirements.
  • Collaborate with the project team to arrive at a project plan and manage daily scrum calls to resolve impediments and ensure overall quality and timeline are met.
  • Execute and monitor Testing Teams and Development Teams, and be well-versed in trouble shooting, testing concepts, and making bug reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and methodologies. Proficiency in test management and developing automation tools, such as Selenium or Junit, would be beneficial.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

  • Ability to operate in a changing and challenging environment.
  • Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experienced in working with multi-cultural teams and customers.

Qualification:

Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Computer Science or Electronics.
