Strategic Leadership Role

This role requires a senior leader to drive the development of innovative marketing campaigns across various social media platforms.

  • Analyze market categories, competition, consumer behavior, and cultural trends to derive unique insights and develop strategies for client campaigns.
  • Create integrated campaign platforms that serve as a springboard for creative teams, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand values.
  • Present compelling visual presentations with a clear point of view and narrative to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Translate business objectives into social media objectives, enriched by proprietary benchmarks, to inform campaign strategies.
  • Analyze available insights to define overall strategy in terms of distribution and amplification, extending to competitive analysis when necessary.
  • Develop targeted advertising approaches to achieve client goals, considering objectives, challenges, and budget limitations.
  • Participate in new business pitches as required, showcasing strategic thinking and expertise.

Skill Set:

  • Post-graduate degree with around 7 years of experience in brand planning, social media management, and digital creative strategy.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect business requirements to strategy solutions.
  • Research and data analytical skills, with the ability to generate data-based insights to inform strategy.
  • Passionate about fast-evolving social media environment with a strong point of view to share with clients and colleagues.
  • Eye for innovation and emerging platforms or partners to consider in brand strategy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
