Maximizing Workforce Effectiveness

The Manpower Efficiency Specialist is responsible for optimizing workforce utilization and productivity across various projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting regular site visits to identify and assess productivity-related issues
• Maintaining accurate records of manpower ratios, attendance, and leave
• Assisting in the preparation of periodic productivity reports
• Coordinating with site supervisors to gather performance ratings
• Ensuring accountability and time management
• Supporting the implementation of training programs to enhance workforce skills
• Providing general administrative support to project leads

The role involves preparing and circulating regular reports to project management and coordinating with projects to ensure timely manpower forecasts.
