Job Description:

The CAFM Operator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless building operation and maintenance projects. This position demands a high level of expertise in managing facilities, with a strong emphasis on administration and leadership.

As a CAFM Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities related to building operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. Your primary objective is to ensure that all facilities operate efficiently and effectively, while minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making, and leadership abilities. You must also have a perfect command of spoken and written English.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Building or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Facilities Management, with at least 1 year's experience in CAFM administration
  • Interpersonal skills, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making, and leadership abilities
  • Perfect command of spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001
  • Knowledge of performance-based contracts – SLA and KPI regimes
