You are a diligent and analytical professional with experience in the pharmaceutical industry. We seek an individual who can develop, implement, and maintain efficient processes to drive business growth.

  • Process Design & Implementation
    • Design and implement SOPs aligned with regulatory requirements and internal standards to ensure operational procedures meet expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement (CI) & Project Management
    • Identify and execute CI projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization in procurement, logistics, and warehousing to reduce supply chain costs.
    • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to address root causes and drive measurable improvements.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting
    • Analyze and report on core supply chain KPIs such as lead time, OTIF, inventory turns, and supplier performance.
    • Develop dashboards and advanced analytical reports using Excel, Power BI, or other relevant tools.
  • Procurement & Supplier Management
    • Support the procurement of APIs, excipients, and packaging materials ensuring quality compliance and supplier performance.
    • Drive vendor evaluation, qualification, and timely material availability at the site.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate closely with QA, QC, Production, and Planning teams to ensure seamless batch scheduling and material flow.
    • Support audits with accurate documentation and supply chain evidence.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in pharmaceutical supply chain or similar regulated industry.
  • Education: B Tech/ B. Pharma or MBA (in Supply Chain Operations is a plus).
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Strong command of MS Excel including pivot tables, formulas, and reporting.
  • Project management experience with ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
