IT Technical Sourcer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Sourcer to join our team. As an IT Technical Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified IT professionals using various sourcing methods.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sourcing, preferably in a staffing or recruiting environment. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand technical staffing needs
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media platforms, job boards, online communities, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified IT professionals
  • Engage with potential candidates, conduct initial screenings, and present a diverse pool of qualified candidates to the recruitment team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sourcing, preferably in a staffing or recruiting environment
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and job market trends
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging with qualified IT professionals
  • Excellent sourcing skills, with the ability to utilize various sourcing methods and tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment software
