We are seeking an experienced professional to lead design configuration and deployment of Ignition SCADA applications.

Job Description

Lead the design, configuration and deployment of Ignition SCADA and MES applications across manufacturing operations.

  • Design and implement real-time data acquisition, visualization and reporting solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of OT systems with enterprise IT systems.
  • Develop and maintain secure, efficient data exchange using REST APIs, MQTT and OPC UA protocols.
  • Manage industrial databases for high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to align system capabilities with production and business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A strong background in MES functions, production tracking and OEE downtime analysis is essential.

  • Proficiency with database technologies like SQL Server, MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with OT/IT integration technologies and IIoT messaging protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, PLCs, SCADAs and HMIs.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing standards like ISA95 and IEC 62443.
