This role is a critical position in our organization, requiring an individual who can expertly guide customers through the process of implementing SAP technologies on the RISE platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and create tailored architecture/design solutions.
  • A key aspect of this role is building relationships with customer leaders and their technical teams, discussing landscape architectures and providing assessments.
  • As a Technical Architect, the individual will be responsible for reviewing technical accuracy, validating product versions, and analyzing reports to ensure optimal hardware selection/sizing.

Detailed Job Requirements
  • Bill of Material Review and Analysis: validate no obsolete product versions are selected.
  • Providing feedback to the Sales Team on Bill of Material to confirm selected products and versions are available.
  • Technical validation of customer landscapes to validate product version build viability.
  • Analyzing Early Watch Reports and Technical Data to validate hardware selection/sizing.
  • Working closely with the Sales Team on architecture, landscape, and to-be sizing.
  • Customer Deal Support – Pre-Signature: preparing technical assessments, conducting workshops, and performing customer support.
  • Customer Deal Support – Post Signature: onboarding questionnaire support, answering customer questions, and providing key information during sales cycles.
