Assistant Finance Director

Nexdigm is seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Finance Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and oversight to the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and leadership, with experience in managing financial teams and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency and productivity. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Guidance: Provide strategic financial guidance and oversight to the organization, ensuring that financial decisions align with the company's overall objectives.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to management and other stakeholders.
- Financial Operations: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that increase efficiency and productivity.
- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, with a strong background in finance, accounting, and leadership.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is highly desirable.
