Job Overview

We seek a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our SOC operations, focusing on security architecture, design, and implementation. This role requires extensive experience in security tools, Linux and Windows OS, and strong attention to detail.

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance security protocols, incident response, and threat detection capabilities.
  • Drive improvements in SOC processes, workflows, and toolsets.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and collaboration within the security team.
  • Lead R&D initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies, and implement innovative security solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10-12 years of extensive experience in SOC operations, security architecture, and design.
  • Hands-on experience with security tools across servers, endpoints, cloud, and network.
  • Strong understanding of security architectures, including Firewalls, DMZ, proxies, DNS, web, and mail servers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc., are advantageous.
