Lead Penetration Tester

We're seeking a skilled professional to lead our penetration testing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute comprehensive penetration testing engagements across various environments, including web, mobile, APIs, cloud, and networks.
  • Develop and manage penetration test plans and reporting workflows to identify vulnerabilities and guide remediation efforts.
  • Simulate real-world attacks using manual and automated techniques to uncover security flaws in software applications and systems.
  • Deliver detailed vulnerability reports with actionable guidance for remediation and mitigation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, infrastructure, and security teams, to address discovered vulnerabilities.
  • Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments on new systems and architectures to ensure their security and integrity.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on penetration testing best practices.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience in penetration testing and ethical hacking.
  • Strong knowledge of industry-standard frameworks, such as OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, and NIST standards.
  • Proficiency in tools like Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus, Wireshark, and Kali Linux.
  • Solid understanding of application security, network protocols, authentication mechanisms, and secure coding principles.
  • Experience testing APIs (REST, SOAP), mobile apps (Android/iOS), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Excellent report writing and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
