At DHL-Aero-Expreso, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical security and safety of all shipments and employees at our Ground Hub facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure physical security and safety of all shipments in the Ground Hub
  • Track all cases of damaged/open shipments and conduct investigations with the origin
  • Regularly update SHIELD (online security module) and timely close investigation cases in the system related to the Ground Hub
  • Conduct regular security audits in the Ground Hub

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Providing support in conducting pre-employment verifications and police verifications for new joinees
  • Conducting security orientation and training for all employees
  • Communicating safety-related policies and procedures to employees
  • Liaising with local authorities for smooth operations of network vehicles
Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators:
  • Ensure Shipment Security in the Hub: Number of theft/pilferage cases, % closure of security-related cases
  • Adherence to Timelines and SOPs: % adherence to defined timelines, updation and closure of cases, pre-employment verification, branding audits, vehicle audits
  • Safety Coverage: % coverage of employees in terms of safety drills, safety audits, security orientation and training
