Job Title: ISO Program Manager - Compliance Expert

About the Role:

The ISO Program Manager is responsible for leading the implementation of R2v3, RIOS, ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 programs from start to finish. This includes running gap assessments, internal audits, and external audit prep; delivering clear documentation; guiding clients through closing audit gaps; partnering with senior consultants on strategy and project execution; working across industries; and maintaining client compliance calendars.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive R2v3, RIOS, ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 programs
  • Conduct gap assessments, internal audits, and external audit prep to ensure program effectiveness
  • Deliver clear documentation and training to support client success
  • Guide clients through closing audit gaps and improving overall program performance
  • Partner with senior consultants on strategic planning and project execution
  • Maintain client compliance calendars and track progress towards goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Management, IT, or similar field
  • ISO Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor credentials (9001, 14001, 45001)
  • 5–10 years of hands-on ISO and compliance experience
  • Bonus: knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 27001, R2v3, RIOS, or e-Stewards
  • Excellent writing skills (reports, SOPs, client communications)
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple projects
  • A self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and modern email tools
